Hydraulic Power Slips
In order to solve the problem on the aspect of stability, shock resistance and the transmission of the strength of air power slip, we design hydraulic power slip to control the loop and the structure based on the main structure and working theory of air slip. we use several ways to make the new designed power slip work more smoothly, response more quickly, impact smaller and have a bigger max torque, such as using hydraulic oil as a tranferring medium, using double-acting pressure cylinder to output high pressure oil,improving the protecting loop and the function of remote control, improving the design of the structure of air slip, replacing the whole system of air power slip. To sum up, compared with air power slip, hydraulic power slip have some advantages, The advantages are as follows: the stability of it improved significantly, the strength of the tranmission increased obviously,the safety performance improved evidently, it can match the actual needs of oilfield drilling site.
